Returning the car was especially convenient, Hertz's management was very efficient, they inspected the car on the spot, printed the receipt, and the deposit was refunded instantly.

Great Hertz location and easy rental but the price was much expensive than expected due to the car seat for our son. On the website, the car seat was priced around $7/day and at the counter we paid $15/day...

Dislike: My reservation is from 10:30 to 10:30, but I didn't get the car till 11:15 because the car we reserve wasn't ready, they upgraded to a similar SUV but didn't like, so wait for the car which was okay with us, but when we returned the car around 11 pm, the parking lot attendant still there, and told us that the person who take care of the return car paperwork still there just step out the office, so we wait a little, didn't return. So the attendant showed us how & where to drop key & paperwork which we did. Then later on found out they charged us 1 extra day, so have to contact them and they reversed the charges. Also would be nice if they email us the invoice after instead I had to call and requested.
