This location struggled with efficiency during peak flight times; waited for an hour and a half without a car, and it seemed they ended up buying new cars at the last minute.

Dissatisfied 1) Waited for a long time at the store, at least an hour of queuing and waiting to get the car (due to insufficient staff on site as I was told); almost late for my meeting. 2) Originally booked a Ford FOCUS for 324 RMB per day, but was told no similar cars were available; the closest was a DODGE at 110 USD per day, which is a huge difference. What’s the point of allowing customers to select models during booking if this is how orders are managed?
