Both pickup and drop-off were very quick. We delayed the car pickup by two hours and correspondingly extended the drop-off, and there were no extra charges. After clarifying the unclear fees, we were not forced to buy insurance. Very professional. When inquiring about a children's booster seat, the customer service was very patient in telling us where to buy one. Great service.

Alpha at the counter provided great service.

Counter staff seemed nice but then had to go back in for her to redo it all as she hadn’t processed the card!

Wasn’t impressed we had to pay for second driver. Made a good quote expensive.
