Very satisfied, the car was in great condition, and the pickup process took about five minutes.

The woman at the counter at the Nashville airport was excellent. She was the only one working and there was a line. She was very efficient at checking customers in and getting them on their way.

The car had mechanical problem. The cat vibrates non stop whenever the car go over 60 MPH. Told the return agent and they did nothing about it. , they didn’t even said they sorry for my experience.

Good pick up and drop off. No issues with car. Counter staff did try to sell upgrade but were polite enough. Should have taken up full to empty offer as finding pump and filling up at JFK was not that easy when rushing around. Fuel economy was very poor on car. Took car to Canada and even though paid for vehicle toll per day stuck with bill afterwards for Canadian toll. Should have been advised accordingly as asked twice about this at counter

I was pushed hard to take extra insurane that I did not need and they got me to pay for a full tank more money that I pay at pumbing stations in LA.
