The Chrysler Pacifica provided had already clocked 50,000 miles and was quite worn out with poor vehicle condition. Arrived early in the morning, counters on floors 1-3 were closed, had to go to the 4th floor and then return to the 3rd floor to pick up the car. However, the deposit refund was processed quickly.
Avis service was mediocre. The reserved car model was almost unavailable, and I only got a car after strongly insisting and waiting for half an hour. When picking up and returning the car, make sure to take photos of the fuel gauge as evidence, as Avis tends to arbitrarily deduct fuel charges from the deposit.
The AVIS staff were extremely overbearing. They forced me to settle and withheld my car without informing me or getting my permission.
