Originally booked a Chevrolet convertible but got an upgrade to a better Mustang. The car was new with powerful performance and a loud roaring engine. Very impressive!

Hertz is a big company with many locations and cars, and the cars are very new. The Los Angeles airport branch is very close to the airport, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient. Our flight was delayed by several hours, and we were worried they wouldn’t hold our reserved car. We arrived at 2 AM, and the staff was very accommodating, and we got the model we reserved. We rented a GMC YUKON XL because we had 4 adults and 2 kids. The car was new, in great condition, and very comfortable for the 5600+ kilometers we drove. The price was reasonable, just over 10,000 RMB for 17 days, and fuel cost was lower than expected, only 400 USD. We will use QEEQ again and will choose Hertz first.

We were not able to collect the car. We arrived to find a queue of people waiting - there were no cars available. We waited several hours before leaving with no car. Hertz were not helpful at all. We will not be using them again.
