the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled. We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

When we picked up the car the rental agent still managed to find an additional $200 of charges before we could have the keys despite our paperwork saying everything was included. Of course you are too tired to fight with these guys and to be honest you expect the last minute rip off at car hire places don’t you!

First up, I'd like to say that I don't believe I dealt with Europcar - I always felt that I was dealing with Advantage. I say this because all dealings I have had with Europcar in Australia and Europe has been amazing. I sincerely believe that Europcar have been let down by their US agency in this case: the service of the counter staff at both start and finish was subpar: communication quality was poor (and this was mirrored by another couple at the counter at exactly the same time as me where both of us felt that we were being 'upsold'). After the pickup, I discovered that I had signed for insurance which I understood to be part of the original hire arrangement only to discover that it was extra insurance cover - which I did not require because it was covered by my travel insurance. The interior of the car was not clean - in particular the windscreen. This was immediately noticeable when driving in to the sun and seeing stickers, sticker remnants, glue and grease all over the windscreen interior. In short - I will not be recommending Advantage to anyone who might ask!

The experience was average. I purchased full insurance, but an extra insurance was inexplicably added during car pickup. Due to language barriers, I didn't notice it! By the time I had signed the documents and completed the payment, it was too late! This part felt very unpleasant! Additionally, there was no way to file a complaint! A reminder to future renters to be cautious!

Booking with Qeeq went well but ace car rental did not have the vehicle that we had booked. They had a vehicle that was approx 25% smaller than the vehicle that was booked. We had to upgrade to a larger vehicle that was the same size that we originally booked. Additional cost was $132.00 us. I contacted ace car rental regarding this and have refused our refund. I would not recommend using Ace car rental

This Zuzuche APP is a money trap. I canceled my order a week in advance, and it showed cancellation successful with an estimated refund time of 15 working days. Thinking the refund was processed, I didn't check further. Unexpectedly, the APP did not cancel my order, and it wasn't until the scheduled time that someone called to inform me to pick up the car. I said I had already canceled the order! When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund my money. Such garbage service, I will never use Zuzuche again and will warn my friends not to use it either.

The day before I leave home they called me to give me cell number for when I am ready. I called aftet I received my luggages. The guy AND the car were waitting me in the parking of the airport. NO waitting, NO shuttle ride. And free shuttle to airport after drop off. WOW SUPER SERVICE !

I was supposed to pickup the car at 10am I didn't get to the car location until 5pm. They told me they only hold the car for 2 hours from the time of pickup. So they made me upgrade and I had to pay more. The 2 hour pickup rule was never mentioned when I booked the car. NU car is the worst, very bad experience. 1st and last time booking through qeeq.com and with NU car rental. I will go with a major company next time to save me all this hassle.

The worst experience ever. Felt like I was resold multiple times. First, with Shouqi contract, then Shouqi partnered with the international company EUROPCAR, and finally, EUROPCAR was attached to the local company ADVANTAGE. The rental platform rated them 6.6, and they charged a deposit of over $290, promising to return it in 2 days, but it never happened. The contract was $84.08 for 2 days, but at the store, it became $124.09. I felt cheated in the US for the first time.

So happy Advantage was still open so we could pick up our car since our 2nd flight was cancelled and rebooked 6 hrs later. I was able to call to make sure Advantage would still be open and a car would be available and also reassure my husband we wouldn't be stuck without a car. We had to extend our time with the rental car and Advantage was great to work with. We kept the car for 5 more days. The only negative was the smell of the car. Previous smokers, I would imagine, permeated that stench and the smell seemed to get stronger everyday.

Counter help was friendly but very pushy to purchase amenities, i.e. upgrade care, insurance, etc. I had my personal insurance card, she didn't even look at it and kept telling me if we didn't get the extra coverage and then had a problem we would have to pay rent for every day the car was out of service. She quoted me a rate of about $26 for the additional insurance, I very specifically told her my insurance had full coverage on all rentals, but she kept pushing. When I asked if the $26 was a rate for the full time of rental and not daily, she said yes, it was for the full term. So I caved and purchased it so we could get on with our vacation. I didn't look carefully enough at the contract before signing it and now see that I was billed the $26/day vs. for the entire term. I should have looked more carefully before signing, but she should have been honest with me as well over the terms and cost.

When arriving at the airport I tried calling the rental company and there was no answer. Then finally I got through and was hung up on 3 times. Finally I asked if this was a scam. Never answered the phone with their car rental name and terrible phone skills. My husband told me to give them time and he was right. They finally text me and said stop calling he is trying to get me a driver. Would have been nice to have known that while talking to them instead of being hung up on! After our driver met us at the passenger pick up 30 mins later he was very personal and kind. I felt bad for feeling concerned once he took us to the car rental it was very small and low key he got our license and signed papers and we were on our way in less then 5 mins and did not want tipped. You need your own car ins card!!!!! Do not forget that bc u dont know that! But it was so effortless and not pushy or long lines. Then u contact that same driver of when to meet for drop off and that was just as easy he checked that the car was filled up and that was it. The car had some small dents and bruises and was well loved and a few strange spots on the ceiling but it worked for us and we really liked our personal driver. Could work on communication skills but over every rental company should trust their renters like this.company did! Very refreshing in a world like this!!!!
