Why was I charged an extra 100 dollars, with only a few dollars being fees? I have no idea what the remaining 90+ dollars are for, and there was no reasonable explanation given. This is extremely unfair!

John on the counter was great, very friendly and accommodating, but he was a bit evasive about what extras I needed to pay for and why.
In the end they were added on without further consultation.
We didn't get the car from Europcar as booked but advantage which we'd never heard of!
Got hard sell on pre paid toll charge and refuelling. Both were overpriced and and inaccurately sold we we found out after the event.
