Car was great. Huge and plenty of space for family and all our luggage which included 4 large suitcases. No problems. Enterprise also offered me alternatives and were very helpful.

Very easy to book. I like the options you can pick and secure peace of mind. Have used several times since. Would recommend

staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience
