the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled. We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

I dont know why I was charged for insurance when I didnt need it. Speaking to many people where I was staying all rented and said they didnt get it cause you dont need it but the agent at the counter said I had no choice to. I find this very unprofessional of him

Of all the rental places fox is by far the least user friendly. There are no counters to return car at San Jose airport. You return it to the parking garage and they walk up to you. Good thing is cars are usually upgraded but the cars I have had are pretty beat up and they do a poor job of cleaning them.

Fox made me sign a no damage page before looking at the vehicle. The woman at the counter told me I had to sign to find out which car I would be getting. The car was drastically out of alignment and kept pulling to the right. while it was a newer SUV, I requested a full size car and they said none were available.
