Poor service

Was not told I would need copy of my auto insurance declaration page in advance—I had only copied my proof of insurance card . They tried to charge me an extra $22/day for collision insurance that I had. Was able to get hold of my insurance magenta who told them I had collision coverage. But this took a lot of time. I will never use this company again. Also has tank was only 1/2 full.

Not a bargain with added charges. Never again I will only deal with known, reputable companies in the future.

Everything was as promised. Fast. Price great. Shuttle to/from airport on time.

I waited almost 2 hours to get my car once I got to the pickup location. Also, you are now trying to hold my $250 deposit for 2 weeks. I returned the car in the same condition with an extra quarter tank of gas and couldn't even get anyone to give me any paperwork to verify time, car condition and check out.

will not be renting again from easirent.
