I was asked for some documentation at pickup that had not been clearly stated during sign up

I didn’t like that I had to wait a few days for confirmation of rental but quality of car and low price were great.

“Terrible expérience!”
About Easirent: 7.7 /10
It took too long to be picked up at the airport over one hour, And another hour at the counter. I was charged extra for picking up the car late that I had already paid for. I was requested to pay extra to activate the sunpass. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody. The only good thing was the car and the counter guy he had great customer service skills.
