The upselling was a bit excessive. They recommended this BMW electric car to us for 30 euros per day. We rented it for 3 days and didn't need to recharge it. The car rental staff assured us that we didn’t need to return it fully charged and that parking outside was free. It had a range of over 360 kilometers at pickup, and we returned it with over 200 kilometers of range remaining.
The car was pretty new, only about 5,000 km on it. Pickup and drop-off were self-service and super straightforward—just hand the keys back to the staff and you’re done. The only downside is the small car felt a bit unstable at higher speeds on the highway, so I didn’t dare drive too fast.
