PROBLEME NOUS AVONS DU RAJOUTER UN SURPLUS DE 130€ pour avoir la voiture car il n'est pas spécifié d'une manière claire qu'il faut une carte de crédit (et non de débit comme la mienne), car dans l'usage courant pour signifier une carte bancaire on dit une carte de crédit. This is a dishonest business that extorted over 1,000 yuan from rental customers. They set traps and acted in a particularly rogue manner. They forcibly charged over 1,000 yuan to our credit card. Despite having clear photo evidence, they still maintained an attitude of 'I'm being unreasonably rogue, and you can't do anything about it,' refusing to refund. If I could get to them, I would smash their shop. A warning to Chinese people: do not deal with this company.
Isn't this similar to a scam? Moroccan customs are very slow, and since I was 2 hours late picking up the car, the rental company automatically canceled my reservation. Not a single penny was refunded, so I ended up paying for a car I never even used. Consider it charity.
Pros: The service for this booking was quite good. The young lady was very helpful and assisted with the car pickup after completing the paperwork. Cons: The store lacks clear signage, and the pickup instructions were too vague. The store is on the second floor of the airport without any AddCar logo, only Autounion. It's not easy to identify. For this booking, I was able to rent a car on the 15th using a translated license from QEEQ, but on the 21st, I was denied and told I needed an international driving permit. After the staff consulted the boss, the boss admitted they had made a mistake!!! Even if they made a mistake, why could I still use the same license to book a car through the platform, and why did the rental company confirm it? This is an issue with communication between the platform and the car rental company.
After arriving at the airport, you call the car rental company, and they pick you up in about five minutes. It's approximately an 8-minute drive to the rental location. With an international driver's license, the process is straightforward—they don't even try to upsell you insurance. I personally requested full coverage, and they directly waived the deposit. You just take the keys and can start driving. When returning the car, you only need to hand over the keys, and they will take you back to the airport.
We couldn't find the representative or reach them by phone multiple times, and there was no response. This company is not reliable. It was impossible to locate their staff at the airport, and no one answered the phone. We had to give up, which wasted two days' worth of fees.
I had a voucher that clearly stated: an automatic, compact car, like a Ford Focus, hybrid, and included SUPER CDW insurance.
The staff insisted they didn’t have a hybrid car, and in addition, they gave me a smaller car.
Later on, I discovered I had been given a car from the economy group.
They also claimed I didn’t have SUPER CDW insurance, which I specifically booked in order to cancel the excess completely.
The representative called the manager, who also insisted that this was what appeared in their system.
He, too, insisted that they had no hybrid vehicles, and he also failed to inform me that I was being downgraded to a smaller car.
