The staff was excellent. Every scratch on the car was recorded during pickup, and the return process just involved a quick inspection. It was fast, very convenient, and the service attitude was great.
The reserved fuel level was a quarter tank, but it's difficult to return it at exactly a quarter. The online description said the vehicle was four-wheel drive, but it wasn't.
