The service is quite good

The service counter was unattended, no indication of when staff would return. The vehicle was dirty, old, the windshield washer fluid and brake oil were both at the minimum level. Poor service!

They promised a full tank, but gave us a car with an empty tank and refused to fill it up. During the car inspection, they pretended to record two scratches but didn't actually mark them on the form. They tricked me into paying 1500 rupees, and when returning the car, who can manage to return it with an exactly empty tank to the airport? I still had more than half a tank left. Really wanted to curse.

There was nothing unsatisfactory with the supplier. My dissatisfaction lies with QEEQ for not passing on the information about my child safety seat to the rental company.

The navigation was not useful; we didn't use it at all. The vehicle condition was not great. One of the tires was flat on the second night, but luckily, the hotel staff helped us inflate it.

I booked a Jaguar XF on Zuzuche, but they gave me a Hyundai i10 at the store. The difference is significant.

Shirking responsibility, complete mess

In the end, I was extorted for a 200 rupee cleaning fee, claiming the car was not clean, even though it wasn't dirty at all! I even gave 50 rupees as a tip, but that's just how it is in this African country. I've never encountered this situation in other countries before!

At first, the staff gave me a Hyundai i1 without mentioning the downgrade! The price difference is significant! I almost got scammed! Eventually, I managed to get a car of the same class as the booked Accent. The worst part is that the fuel tank was empty and I had to refuel myself. When I mentioned it, he said just return it with an empty tank! Who can gauge the fuel level that accurately? This is clearly unscrupulous!

I booked the car a week in advance, but the order was only confirmed 24 hours before departure. I almost had to book another car on Taobao... The staff was quite enthusiastic, but the biggest problem was that we clearly booked an automatic car. When we arrived at the store at 12 PM, we received a manual car and had to wait three hours for the automatic one. The car's left side mirror was damaged, and they tried to blame it on us when we returned it. Luckily, I had taken photos in advance to prove it wasn't our fault! Additionally, I paid a deposit of 1500 local currency when picking up the car, but my bank card indicated it was a charge, not a pre-authorization or hold. They said it would be refunded a few days after drop-off, but it's been a week and I haven't seen the refund yet!

I booked a Suzuki Express, but the car I received was terrible. The brakes made strange noises, and the high beams were very dim, making it impossible to see at night. This time, the sincerity of the rental company is really disappointing.
