Upon returning the vehicle, any outstanding toll fees or traffic violations will be deducted, and the remaining pre-authorization amount will be released after some time. Overall, the car's performance was sufficient for basic use. The pick-up and drop-off processes were quick and smooth, without any waiting. The rental prices were reasonable, and booking in advance made it more affordable. Highly recommended.

Highly satisfied with the car rental process. Picking up and returning the car were smooth, but there is an additional airport parking fee. Initially, I booked a Citroën, but they gave me a Hyundai of the same class instead. The Hyundai was not up to expectations - it felt underpowered, and the driver assistance features couldn't be turned off. Although it was a new car, it didn't feel very good. The rental company charged a deposit as a transaction, not a pre-authorization, and it took a month for it to be canceled. I was quite worried during that period.
