Easy and affordable

I added an accidental insurance for $8.99 per day. Since the staff helped upgrade the vehicle model, it was worth it overall. I didn't opt for the fuel package or toll pass.

The truck was brilliant. The staff were helpful and as I was very nervous about renting abroad for the first time they really helped me feel at ease. It wasn't the driving but the pick up and drop off that worried me and the staff made that really easy

I was worried about booking online with a third paty but it was very easy ad I would use the company again, it really helped to find the right vehicle at the right price

Dislike: The Sun Pass toll system was not explained well. I ended up paying over $10 per day for tolls when I only used tollways to and from the airport. The rest of my driving was on surface streets so I would have saved money by paying cash for the tolls I used rather than paying the flat rate.

Like: The line was long for my pick up and there were only 2 people at the counter i ended up using the self service witch was great but the phone itself was dirty, I didn't really want to touch it let alone put it by my face but it beat waiting in the line.

Like: Easy check in , good advices
Dislike: No uniforms of the staff, bad reception at the Jackson, Wyoming, office with no offer of personal help. But the driver of the shuttle in Jackson Hole was very friendly and lead us to the office in Jackson.
