A great service with excellent support from QEEQ.

Tracey at Double Tree Disney Springs was really nice although she didn't have a car in our category, after a couple of hours she got us the perfect car for our vacation. The return experience at Holiday Inn Caravan Ct Universal Studios was not so good. The agent (didnt get his name) was not very friendly. Although he said to us we could keep the car longer free of charge if we wanted, up until 11am the following morning at no cost - which we didnt. Then we were charged €12 for 30min late return even though we were 90min early!! Thanks to QEEQ for arranging a refund for this. We will NOT be using that branch of Budget Car Rental again.

We never used QEEQ before but will be in future, a great service and great customer service. We couldn't have asked for me. We have already recommended the service to friends and family.
