Car experience was very poor as mentioned car booked was not available
When questioned why ? As had pre booked 3 months in advance I was told nothing they could do ?
Did not care at tall attitude
Car provided was filthy inside & out
Tyre pressure warning light was on
Had to stop and re inflated tyres
Wash front & back windows to actually see out !
Will not use Budget again

The car was very good. pick up time was slow to to queues. the service staff were not friendly when we told them we didnt require any upgrades or extras.
Budget provide additional spouse driver free of charge which is very good.

O carro, o modelo, Ford Escape, nos atendeu muito bem. O Veículo já era bem rodado, tinha algún riscos, tinha manchas no interior. Estava limpo e preparado para nosso uso.

Only one member of staff on during a busy time led to long queueing time and then when arrived, had run out of the vehicle type I'd paid for. Had the option of an electric car or a minivan.
There were a lot of people, and I had to wait in line for about an hour. The service quality was average. Considering it's an airport where many people rent cars, Budget's fees are low. However, the deposit refund is very slow and has still not been returned.
The queue at Budget was long and the customer service agent gave me the wrong information on e-toll charges. I asked him whether it was possible to pay cash at the tolls and did not get an answer. He just told me each time I passed through a toll I would get charged USD 9 plus twice the toll charge which I later found was the wrong information. Then they gave me a car which was not there. The parking spot we were told to go to to get the car was empty. We were then offered a truck which I refused. Finally, a car was just brought back and we were offered that car. The petrol gauge was not full. The needle was below F, but the budget agent kept insisting it was full. Finally, she agreed we could return the car with the petrol tank 7 eighths full. We then tried to get out of the budget car park but were refused by the staff making the exit as the car allocated in the system was not the car I was given. Do I had to drive back to the admin office to sort this out. I was not impressed with Budget.
Overall, it was okay. I was worried they might assign us a small hatchback, so I specifically chose a regular sedan. However, they still gave us a Mazda 3 hatchback. The main issue was that our golf bag couldn't fit in the trunk and had to be placed on the back seat. Luckily, there were only two of us—if we had one more person, it would have been very inconvenient. The car's condition was average. Once we hit 70 mph, the vehicle started to shake, so we didn't dare drive any faster or go on long trips, fearing something might happen. A word of caution: during pickup, the counter staff will go over the details with you and ask you to confirm that the car must be returned with a full tank of gas. You'll have to agree to an electronic contract on a screen. Here's where I got tricked. I didn't read the terms carefully because I assumed it was just a formality since I had already paid beforehand. One of the terms mentioned that the car could be returned without refueling, which ended up costing an extra $48. There was no hard selling or upselling, though. The pickup process itself went smoothly. My only dissatisfaction was the poor condition of the car. Other than that, everything else was fine.
