When I arrived, an elderly lady told me that it's illegal not to buy it in Los Angeles. I directly replied, 'I just want to break the law, is that not allowed?' She was speechless afterward.

Very satisfied! The pick-up and drop-off process is simple, the vehicle and service are both good. The deposit was refunded within half an hour after returning the car.
