Pretty good

The store near the train station is quite busy. Fortunately, we were the first to arrive in the morning, and soon many people came. This location is in the city center without a parking lot, so the rental cars need to be driven over by the staff from another place. Our paperwork was completed quickly, but we waited almost half an hour for the car. The car was good, a Volkswagen diesel, powerful and spacious. Returning the car at the airport was easy; it's located in parking lot 2. The two guys there were nice and checked the car quickly.

Overall a good experience. The only frustration was the insurance upsell to ensure a full coverage. QEEQ did warn about this but should provide the full coverage up front so that Europcar cannot do a further upsell.

What price drop protector? And as per above comment, the insurance cover can be handled better by QEEQ.

Everything about the car and counter staff in Florence was excellent. The europcar app was terrible , and the customer service over the phone was terrible - staff members didn’t listen, did wrong updates, didn’t send confirmation of changes, and didn’t listen.
