The actual pickup was at Hertz. The service was very professional and they didn't try to upsell any other products or services. The line was long, but since I am a Hertz Gold member, I completed the pickup quickly.

Not very friendly to Chinese customers

The printed form clearly stated not to add extra insurance, as I already purchased third-party full insurance. However, they still held our full insurance and theft insurance. After negotiation, they claimed to have canceled the operation, but the money has not yet been returned to my credit card.

Very dissatisfied. I clearly rented an automatic transmission car, but when I got to the store, I was told that only manual ones were available. Furthermore, for the same model, the manual version should have been cheaper, yet the price I had to pay at the store was higher than what was shown on the website. I paid 202.4 euros at the store for 2 days, whereas I had pre-booked for 3 days on the website for 177.73 euros.

I was by myself and two kids on a late fly , we were very tired! Staff did not give us any stress and waist of time
