Overall good. The car pickup location was poor. Initially they said it's okay, but after re-queuing they said it wasn't, which wasted 2 hours. The receptionist had a terrible attitude.

Renting through Zuzuche doesn't shield you from the tricks commonly used by American rental companies! We had already stated that we didn't want any insurance when renting the car, and the Avis staff nodded in understanding. Then when it came time to pay, I noticed it was more than what was shown on Zuzuche, and he claimed it was a deposit, saying it would be refunded when we returned the car. He quickly had us sign the English contract without much time to read because the store was about to close. When we returned the car, they still charged us for the forcibly added insurance. Unbelievable. I was speechless because it's partly my fault for not reading the contract thoroughly. But how can anyone finish reading such a lengthy English contract in less than an hour? We've encountered this trick many times and thought Zuzuche would have our back this time. Unfortunately, it was the same old story.

The car size we booked was unavailable. We were given an oversized passenger van which was way to large for our needs, difficult to park and drive. Not very happy.
