We really wanted to rent a toyota rav 4 specifically, and as you know you book a class of car (small SUV). on our arrival the toyota was not available, but the staff did everything they could to make it available to us - and it worked! The platform was easy to use. The warning e-mails of steps to take were unnecessary for hiring in the U.S. though it may have applied for rentals elsewhere. With Avis, all I needed was my booking confirmation reference and confirmation that I took out additional insurance.
