The attitude was mediocre. We booked a Jeep, but the car was switched without informing us. We only found out when we picked it up from the garage.

The rental store was really hard to find, located in the basement with no signs at all. Fortunately, the Hertz staff told me where it was. The car was very new, a Ford Mondeo hybrid. After driving 2000 kilometers in seven days, I felt a bit nostalgic when returning it.

Had a fantastic experience. QEEQ is a convenient platform, getting better and better. The rental company was great too! The process was simple and the car was in excellent condition.

Staff were great, car was great, the queue to pick up the car was long, and only 2 or 3 staff taking the bookings. Surely the rental company knows exactly how many cars are booked per flight, and can therefore have sufficient staff on hand to deal with the influx. We had prebooked and prepaid, so only had to produce licence and sign off, but still had to wait in queue with others who either hadn't booked at all, or had booked and not paid. It was a long drawn out affair.

The counter lady that attended to me steal my credit card details and uses it to purchase online but thank God my card issuers have dealt with it now. Please get good integrity staffs to your counter desks
