The car broke down for three hours, called Hertz, no response after three hours. Later, a passerby helped to start the car, drove it back to the airport, and the manager-level staff at the rental company showed no apology for our experience. They did not provide a sufficient professional attitude when things went wrong. If you want to ruin your vacation, use this terrible company.

As for as I can tell everything went perfectly. This is the second time I've used Easy Car Rental and I'll be using them again in the future for sure.

Pick up prévu à partir de 9:00 Arrivé à 10:00 45 mn de queue puis on après avoir rempli tous les papiers, on m’annonce + 45 mn d’attente ! Attitude négative de la personne au guichet. Très désagréable de devoir « se battre » pour obtenir sa voiture.
