The service was acceptable. However, they added extra roadside assistance insurance after I returned the car!

Very good experience, everything went smoothly. The car was spacious and easy to drive. At the rental counter, they just asked if additional insurance was needed, and if not, they were fine with it. There were staff in the parking lot to assist as well. Very worry-free, highly recommended!

The AVIS staff did not inform us what the TAB (car accessory) was before listing it on the contract; later we found out it was a GPS. They failed to inform us in advance. However, the staff was very detailed when recommending vehicle upgrades and additional insurance options.

The pick-up and drop-off process was fairly smooth. The company is very trustworthy. While they suggested upgrading the vehicle and insurance, there was absolutely no pressure. Just remember to take photos of any car blemishes during pick-up to avoid any disputes when returning the car.

No problem in finding pick up point. A bit slow in actually getting served but overall pleased with the deal. Car very good with simply ,quick and easy drop off.
