Super easy to find—just followed the instructions from QEEQ and got there with almost no line. Check-in went smoothly, staff were friendly, and the car drove really well, super smooth.

I came on time and they asked me to wait two hours!!!

Second time renting here, it's very close to the apartment, easy pickup and return.

The time spent waiting to get served at the Budget desk in Orlando International Airport was ridiculous. There were only 3 staff on duty and they spent a long time trying to sell add ons and extras to the customers instead of trying to keep the waiting time down. The car could have been cleaner and there was some slight damage on the car that made me nervous that they might try to charge me for it as nobody comes with you to get the car.

Price drop protector didn't do anything for me.
