I booked a Ford Edge but was given a Mitsubishi Outlander instead, which felt like a downgrade. Additionally, the car had a strong smell of smoke.

1. Even though I had already reserved a compact car, the attendant kept asking if I wanted a Mercedes or another type of car. 2. The attendant told me I needed to buy third-party liability insurance. When I asked if it was mandatory, she said it was necessary, making me mistakenly believe it was required, so I ended up purchasing it for two days at an additional cost of $15 per day.

車両については問題無かったが、返却後、認識しない費用が請求されました。 予約時点では安全タイプを選択しており、新たな保険を加入する考えは有りませんでした。説明を受けた記憶も認識もないので、現在、カスタマーセンターが交渉中です。
