Great rental person but trouble with cars

The vehicle was quite new and there was a high level of trust (which is often lacking domestically). This is mainly evident during pickup, where you inspect the vehicle yourself for any scratches or damage. If you mark them, they acknowledge it without anyone scrutinizing the vehicle with a fine-tooth comb. Of course, upon returning the car, they will definitely inspect it.

The Salt Lake City rental center is right outside the airport, which is very convenient. There's no need to take the light rail or a bus.

Like: We were offered a choice of vehicle from several in our rental class, opting for a Hyundai Elantra which suited our party for size and economy. The car was clean and ready to go.
Dislike: No complaints.
