Great rental person but trouble with cars

Returning the car was very convenient. Everything went smoothly, and there was no need for additional services. At Los Angeles airport, a friendly worker scanned the barcode inside the door and gave the car a quick look before saying it was okay. He also kindly told me where to catch the airport shuttle. However, I encountered an issue when picking up the car because I didn't have a driver's license notarized. The rental point refused to give me the car, and calling QEEQ was useless as no one answered! Luckily, there was an attachment online similar to a notarized document. After filling it out as required, the rental point quickly handed over the car, and the rest of the trip went smoothly.

Além de cobrar o valor incorreto na retirar o carro, o contrato também teve um valor diferente do que foi acordado e a entrega do veículo foi em um local a 10 minutos de taxi do aeroporto. O local de entrega fica fora do aeroporto (10 minutos de taxi) e como era fim de semana, não tinha nenhum funcionário para receber o veículo, foi feito apenas em uma caixa. Não existe nenhuma forma de transporte fornecido para eles, você é obrigado a solicitar um taxi para chegar ao aeroporto. Não recomendo alugar carro pela Alamo em Maui.

A Queeq está analisando meu caso que a Alamo cobrou um valor diferente do acordado, por enquanto tudo está dentro do planejado, aguardando uma solução.

Like: The staff were friendly and helpful
Dislike: We booked a Kia Rio (or similar) and got a Kia Soul. The Rio looks more like a sedan while the Soul looks like a miniature station wagon. The Soul served our purpose but is not the most attractive vehicle in my opinion.
