I am satisfied. The pickup was very quick. I bought full insurance and they didn't push any additional sales. They provided the Jeep Wrangler 4WD as I reserved, even the grey color was the same, haha.

We booked a standard SUV, which should have been a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Ford Escape. However, when we picked up the car, there were only basic SUVs available in that row. The staff told us to choose from the existing cars, which meant a downgrade. After waiting for 10 minutes, there still weren't any vehicles of our booked class. We insisted on speaking with the staff, and finally, they gave us a Jeep Grand Cherokee from another corner.

Renting a car at San Francisco airport was very convenient. Since we didn't quite get used to the first car, we spoke to the staff at Los Angeles airport and they swapped it without any extra charges. Returning the car was also very easy. Overall, it was a great car rental experience.

found staff helpful glad we rented gps, staff member helped with setting up, the rental was expensive and we upgraded which was nearly 150 dollars extra that was the only issue really
