Very efficient service, both renting and exchanging cars were very quick. Even though there was a scratch, it only took 20 minutes and there were no extra charges. However, the damage assessment took longer, which is typical in Europe where even settling a bill can take 30 minutes.

Average. The car pickup took a long time; initially, I was given a manual car, and the replacement vehicle hadn't been cleaned. The sunroof sunshade was missing, but luckily, it wasn't summer. Returning the car was smooth, and they didn't push for insurance sales.
