All was great. Customer service was fantastic

The service was okay, but unlike what was mentioned during the booking, no one was holding a sign at the exit (other rental companies usually have someone holding a sign). Fortunately, they sent a WhatsApp message, and my daughter speaks English, so we could connect. However, we had to wait for about half an hour on the roadside. If the timing was tighter, it would have been a better experience (we had already provided flight information).

They charge for cleaning €10, I didn't like that

The service was excellent. The staff was very polite and even upgraded the car. I had to call the store to get the new address as QEEQ had not updated it.

The unlock button on the key fob for my car did not work, which I wasn’t told about when picking up the car. It led to the car alarm going off every time I manually unlocked the car. Luckily I sorted it out myself, but would have liked more help from the car rental on this.

Best price I found and easy booking. Would have liked the price drop if available, but still a good experience overall.

Right cars was great, I was very skeptical that everything will go smooth but it was, the pick up and drop off was quick and without any problems I dropped of the dirty car so I assumed they will charge me with cleaning fee but they said it’s included in the rental

This shop is very good. It's close to the airport, they will pick you up and drop you off at the airport after returning the car.

Fast service

No one at the airport to greet. Had to burn a day of expensive roaming to make one phone call to find out where the pick up guy was. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for him to arrive. Not as described in the pick up instructions. Car was generally fine (it had done nearly 70,000 km, but was troublesome to start, although it did usually eventually fire. Either needed a full charge or a new battery. Informed the rental agency. Very disappointing that rental company's policy is to hold on to my deposit (€650) for 28 days even though there is no question of the car being damaged in any way. I don't see why my money should be earning interest in their account for a month.

Price was very competitive through QEEQ. Its not always so, but this was very low for a week's hire.
