The waiting line was a bit long.

The staff had a good attitude, but many people rent from Budget, so the wait time for the paperwork was quite long.

the car kept talking to me & flashing lights ! i am not used to a new car. lol both check in & check out went smooth

Like: We had a good car for 11 days for a little over $400. No hidden fees, no surcharges, the price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. The Budget pickup location was right at the airport, and you go accross the street to pick up the car, very simple. Would definitely fo business with them again.
Dislike: We rented a Standard Car, in the description it said a Chrysler 200 or similar, I don't see how a Volkswagen Jetta Tsi is similar to a Chrysler 200. This was my only dislike... I wish on the booking site they will give you all the possible "Standard" size vehicle options. Or better yet what each category means. But over all not bad.
