Hello, I have considered it for Europcar company. 1- Until now, the insurance money has not been sent. 2- An email was sent to me with a picture of a small scratch on the car, but when I enlarged the picture, it turned out to be dirt from the road. My wife, my friends, and I did not use Europcar company again. .

I came 3.5 hours earlier than planned. They offered a car at an extra of 70€ a day or wait until my time. I waited the 3.5 hours. They gave me the car that they were going to charge me 70€. This is not a great service from Europecar. Also the full insurance was very expensive. 35€ per day. This should not be the case.

You have a great service. Your personal called me to assist. Nothing could be done as it was up to Europecar but I appreciated that you were available. I would book with Qeeq again.

I was served by a very nice man, Yann. It was his first day in the job but he was excellent. Very friendly yet very professional. I resent being billed for some petrol when I had filled the car & the 'drop-off' man said everything was OK.
