Went straight to the Europcar office at Bergerac Airport and was sorted within a few minutes with no fuss with a very friendly lady at your counter The car exceeded my expectations as it was nearly new and a lovely car to drive ( Peugeot 208)

Your web-site says 9.00a.m. opening when in fact it was 9.30a.m.!? Also a bit expensive compared to other rental locations.

Like: Staff were very efficient and friendly.The office was a short distance from the airport. Car was better than expected
Dislike: Car was parked on waste land with no marked bays so little difficult to locate.

“Easy rental without issues”

Like: The new car, eco to use as not greedy on petrol.
Dislike: Return was a bit too easy on that I only had to leave the keys. I would have liked to sign something that it was returned in tip top condition to avoid any issues afterwards.
