The overall service was good, very professional and convenient. Everything was great except the contract not being available in English and the rather high risk-driving fee.

No contact now and dropped car off 3 days ago. Should have received all ok message.
Not aware you held my deposit for 2 months, not clear on booking
Staff member Roudayan was extremely helpful and spent time to make sure the car suited us perfectly. we appreciated his warmth and customer focus very much!
We were sold snow chains at the counter which we were told were required by law. If this is the case they should be included in the rental? Were also quite pricey at 100 euros extra
