The paperwork was processed quickly. The staff informed me that the car was in good condition, and I could pick it up with half a tank of fuel and return it the same way. Washing the car before returning it was not necessary.

No-it had different shifting mechanisms that I had a hard time figuring out-it was a Hyundai substitution.

Great service, smooth process

Hertz is a big company with many locations and cars, and the cars are very new. The Los Angeles airport branch is very close to the airport, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient. Our flight was delayed by several hours, and we were worried they wouldn’t hold our reserved car. We arrived at 2 AM, and the staff was very accommodating, and we got the model we reserved. We rented a GMC YUKON XL because we had 4 adults and 2 kids. The car was new, in great condition, and very comfortable for the 5600+ kilometers we drove. The price was reasonable, just over 10,000 RMB for 17 days, and fuel cost was lower than expected, only 400 USD. We will use QEEQ again and will choose Hertz first.

Like: When dropping car off it was noted we had a lot of luggage so the mileage checker had Mario, his co-worker, take us directly to the airport in our rented car and he handled unloading our bags, vs trucking bags over to their airport shuttle bus. Excellent service and greatly appreciated by us! Thank you Hertz!
Dislike: Getting out of the rental facility to drive to Cleveland area seemed so out of the way, but it could have been our GPS taking us out of our way. Next time will ask them how to get to Cleveland.
