Overall, AVIS has relatively low efficiency. The wait time for picking up the car was long. When inquiring about how to return the key, I was instructed to use a keybox for self-service drop-off, but I was later charged a late return fee. The store's phone was unreachable. The actual car model provided was not very satisfactory, with poor handling.

Very clear explanations, and the car was in good condition. I asked and confirmed that full insurance was already purchased through QEEQ, so it was all good.

I was an hour late, but had no issues picking up the car. The staff explained that additional insurance coverage was not necessary, and there were no other sales pitches. Any existing damage to the vehicle was clearly marked on the pickup form.

The store location is easy to find and the signs are very prominent. Communication with the store staff wasn't very smooth as they only knew a bit of English. However, the service attitude was very good.
