No upselling throughout the process, provided a brand-new SUV with the latest features. However, the gas tank is quite small, only 400 miles capacity. This location struggled with efficiency during peak flight times; waited for an hour and a half without a car, and it seemed they ended up buying new cars at the last minute.

Spent forty minutes just to find a four-wheel drive car of the same price (had already paid on QEEQ in advance).

Considering I booked the car the day before rental commencement I cannot fault the service and vehicle provided.
