The service was very friendly.

I had already booked a seven-seater SUV with AVIS through Zuzuche and paid in advance, but when I arrived they said there were no cars available and tried to give me a four-seater. Even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance, they kept trying to sell me more insurance. It took almost three hours from queuing to getting the car. In the end, I had to reluctantly buy additional insurance to get a seven-seater, which was actually a car that had just been returned and not yet cleaned. This rental experience was really terrible and the service was extremely poor.

Unexpected charges appeared. Had to communicate twice to find out that there was an additional fee higher than the rental cost.

Great Vehicle and service but the staff at the counter was a bit rude, making sexist comments on my partner and comments that she couldn't understand me due to my accent overall a bad experience in picking up the vehicle, apart from that everything was great.

I had a road incident, no one picked the phone, when i returned the car, I tried to talk to someone at customer support but the booth was empty and was waiting there for an hour, no one came.
