The paperwork took an hour. Initially, they said there was no automatic transmission available, then they gave me a diesel Renault. The problem with this big car was that I couldn't drive it out of the parking lot, so I had to come back and exchange it. It was quite a hassle. Even though I had already bought full insurance, they still made me buy insurance. Since I don't understand Spanish, they said it was a deposit that would be refunded. I was with my child, so I signed it. Later, when I asked the rental company, they confirmed I already had full insurance. Just a reminder, do not sign if the amount doesn't match when you pick up the car!

The navigation address was incorrect, and we couldn't find the store. They pushed for insurance and an upgrade. Because we couldn't find the store, we were late and weren't given the car. Even after rebooking, we couldn't receive the car earlier. We waited around the store for over 4 hours.

Excellent service, the Spanish guy was very nice.

All went smoothly but long delay to get paperwork done and then had to wait for car to be delivered to pickup point. Great car.
