They upgraded the car to Mitusbishi SUV, which is so spacious and easier to drive. I am sorry that the staff at the pick-up counter didn't tell where to return the car at Launceston Airport.

I didn't know what to do when Europcar told us to bring a proof of the company as the rate was a special one for dedicated companies. The staff of Easyrentcars helped me to solve the problem. Their reply was always prompt!

Just another big company with scant regard for customers.

I was pleasantly surprised with both the price and the service.

The counter staff were helpful. However, the wait time to be served and then given the keys was too long. This was because the people were reading the terms and conditions in detail and asking questions at the counter and not able to understand or speak English well. Was very frustrating.

This was an easy process. Would highly recommend.

The car was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a great deal for the price.
