It was average. I had already purchased the highest coverage insurance, but they added a mandatory $12 per day insurance (without adding another driver). The car provided was a used vehicle with 50,000 kilometers on it.

Dropped off car and a family member picked me up at drop off center with a rental car from a different company. Dollar attendant refused to let us out of gate. Tried to claim it was one of their cars. Was rude and uncooperative. Took over half hour to get a manager to get gate opened for us.
