Totally shocked at the number of people in line for Budget car rental. 100's Waited 1 hour in line and another 45 min at the counter as they did not have a van available for us. We had 6 people so we had to wait until they found one. (which we had booked)

The counter staff was wonderful.

Price Drop worked very well.

The car was not clean and damaged. I tried calling budget many times during my holiday, taking time out of my holiday time holding on the phone and getting no answer to notify them of all damage to the car . Emailed and no response. Received paperwork at drop off to say everything ok, and then on returning home checked my statement to see that I have been charged £211.00 Your help in this matter would be very much appreciated

The car was really good, with lots of space and electric. The drop off was easy, since they offered to take us to the airport on the vehicule for an extra 35 USD that were totally worth it!!

It worked fine, and I just got a little more charged, since I asked for the prepaid fuel.

budget refused to rent a car to me because they refused to accept my license. I had just rented a car 2 weeks prior with the same license. Terrible customer service and rude agents.
