The pick up was quick and easy and also the drop off. Nice staff. Budget tried to offer me their full coverage for extra money although i had the AXA full coverage, they shouldn't.

Like: The Rep. (Natasha) was very professional and courteous throughout the transaction and wait.
Dislike: The new credit check policy when you've rented from (Budget) in the past numerous of times for years, stopped for a while due to my new job position and just started back renting again for personal use.
