They claimed our insurance was incomplete and asked us to pay extra for additional insurance. It was a bit confusing, but after refusing, they still allowed us to pick up the car.

Car was good. I only had a problem with Hertz as I had a late flight and called them directly as I am a member and asked if I could just go straight to my car. When I called and said I was a member, they asked for my membership number and then they proceeded to cancel my original reservation and rebook it and a much higher rate without telling me. Why? Who knows. This caused confusion at pick up to say the least. I took the car and decided to sort it out later. QEEQ took care of this for me after I called them and explained what had happened.

They were great!

They gave us an Infiniti Q80, saying it was the same price, but we found that the hotel parking lot had height restrictions that posed a collision risk. We had to return to the store the next day to exchange the car, and they finally gave us a Ford Kuga (overseas version).

The Hertz car was very clean and in good condition.
