The car rental office is outside Catania airport, together with ABIS, but not far. As I arrived at 11:45 PM, I was worried they might be closed, but an attendant was still there and wasn’t impatient at all. Although the vehicle was not what I had initially expected, it was late, and I couldn't argue about it, as it was QEEQ's fault. Overall, I am satisfied.

No queue. The clerk asked if I could drive a manual car, I said no. So my reserved automatic Polo was changed to a Fiat 500, which was even smaller than the Polo, had poor power, and was very slow even with the pedal to the metal. It felt like I was downgraded without paying less. The clerk also recommended some automatic refueling service, claiming that the price was lower than the gas station and that I didn't need to refuel the car when returning it.
