Everything was fine, except the rental car building was a bit far from the airport. Dragging our luggage for a long time and taking the light rail was quite tiring. The queue time was okay, but some people cut in line, especially South Americans. When we tried to reason with them, they pretended not to understand English. My husband spoke to them in Spanish, and only then did they step back, but they glared at us. Very poor manners, although this isn't the rental company's fault, just venting. There were no sales pitches for insurance, they didn’t even mention it. After using a credit card for the deposit, we haven't received the toll bill yet. We'll see if the charges are reasonable.

Like: Armada was in good condition. 4WD option was nice for trip to Yellowstone. Drop off was painless
Dislike: Printer was broken so agent had to fill in form by hand. Got Armada because it was the first set of keys agent picked up, even though Expedition I reserved was in the parking lot. Decided not to switch because I didn’t want to walk back inside with two little ones. Car had 36,000 miles and ran fine, even though I was told on the phone my rental would likely have under 5000 miles on it.
